Mr. Ibrahim Jagne

Mr. Ibrahim Cherno Jagne is currently working as the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Pan African Parliament (PAP). His work focuses on the development and implementation of the PAP Strategic Plan and the monitoring and evaluation systems. 
Before joining the Pan African Parliament in late 2012, Mr. Ibrahim Jagne was with the African Union Inter-African Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) in Nairobi, Kenya, from 2008-2012 as the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Expert; the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in The Gambia from 2002 to 2008 as National Programme Officer and the Government of The Gambia from 1994 to 2002 as Senior Planner and Project Manager. 
Mr. Ibrahim Jagne holds a bachelor's degree in Development Studies and a Masters degree in Development Geography from the University of Bergen, Norway; and Master of Science (MSc) in Demography from the University of Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom.
